By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or place the order with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

ensure harnesses, collars, leads and carriers are fitted correctly; and
use each product only for its stated purpose.
No pet accessory is completely resistant to chewing, pulling, normal wear or improper use.
These safety recommendations do not limit your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an acknowledgement email. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorised;
pricing or product information contains an obvious error;

We do not store complete payment-card details where payment is processed directly by Shopify, PayPal or another authorised payment provider.
Shipping destinations, estimated processing times, delivery times and delivery charges are set out in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption or incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days after the contract is formed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the products are delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive them. It does not pass merely because we have handed the parcel to the carrier.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where legally permitted.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
POMI offers a voluntary 30-day return period, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in the Refund Policy. This additional policy does not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
For qualifying online purchases, UK consumers generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies:
you do not need to provide a reason;
we will refund the qualifying product price;
we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered; and
you may be responsible for return postage where this was disclosed before purchase and the product is not faulty or incorrect.
We may make a reasonable deduction if the value of returned goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining them in a physical shop.
Products that are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described remain covered by your statutory rights. Any request in our Refund Policy to report damage promptly does not remove those rights.
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;

Purchases made through this website are made directly between you and POMI LTD. Shopify is not the seller of POMI products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order, handling product returns or resolving product-related complaints.
